Refund & Return Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. Kindly review the policy below.


1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product was damaged or tampered during delivery

  • Packaging seal was broken at the time of delivery

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed seed packets

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products affected by improper storage

  • Crop outcome or yield issues

Seeds are live biological products; performance depends on user conditions and cannot be guaranteed.


3. Refund Process

Once verified:

  • Refund will be processed to original mode of payment

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days

We may ask for:

  • Photos

  • Packaging proofs

  • Video unboxing evidence (if applicable)


4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
